The central heating is from a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. The livingroom has a coal effect electric fire. All heating and electricity costs are included in the rent.

The lounge is a well appointed centred around the fireplace. It is furnished with a comfortable three-piece suite and there is a colour television and DVD player. There is also a CD player, board games and a selection of books.
